The series addresses how to broaden and focus a theme, incorporate Kyoto temples, machiya townhouses, and universities as venues, attract and retain participants, create operational systems that can continue without strain, develop partnerships with government and companies, and evolve a community year by year. Rather than presenting theory alone, it organizes repeatable steps from real relationships such as Butsugen-ji, Taisho University, and the Kyoto Prefecture IT Industry Promotion Working Group.

Who this series is for

The primary readers are people responsible for internal communities at companies, public-sector staff developing IT talent, and organizers who want to start study groups in regional cities.
