COMMUNITY POLICY
Community policy
Miyako de IT prioritizes a setting where participants can learn and meet safely. This operating policy explains how participant information is protected, how commercial contact is limited, how organizational relationships are disclosed, and how concerns can be reported.
Last updated: July 5, 2026
Handling participant information
- Participant names, email addresses, connpass account information, and other personal information are not provided to sponsors or collaborating organizations without permission.
- Event registration information is used only to operate that event, including reception, necessary communication, and safety.
- Community participant information and Netsujo Inc. customer information have separate purposes. Joining the community does not place someone in a sales audience.
Sales and recruiting contact
- A sponsor or company may contact a participant for sales or recruiting only when that person has explicitly agreed.
- Indiscriminate sales, recruiting, religious solicitation, and multilevel-marketing approaches are prohibited. Operators may intervene, remove a person, or decline future participation.
- Even employer-communication programs use participant-controlled formats such as optional booths, talks, and open networking.
Sponsorship and co-hosting disclosure
- When an event includes sponsorship, co-hosting, or advertising, that relationship is disclosed on the event page and at the event.
- A sponsor does not receive control of event content or unrestricted access to participant information. The relationship is limited to the individually agreed scope.
Photography and publication
- Event photographs may be used for records and public communication on the official site, social accounts, and event reports.
- A person who wishes not to appear should tell the event team. The team will make reasonable efforts to exclude that person from photography.
- After publication, the person may request removal or replacement within official channels controlled by Miyako de IT. Third-party re-sharing cannot be guaranteed.
Harassment response
- Operators respond to harassment and disruptive behavior. A participant may report an incident to event staff or through the contact below.
- Reports are handled with care to avoid disadvantage to the reporter, followed by fact-finding and proportionate action such as a warning, removal, or refusal of future participation.
